Ten Paces and Draw: Elle Driver

Hello internet!  Here's an Elle Driver from Kill Bill I did for the character redesign feature over at Ten Paces and Draw!  Was thinking about snakes.  Anyway, you can see the whole feature over here!

Also there is this thing here, which is part of a thing.  Sorry to be super secret preview jerk-face but that's what I'm going to do, so hah.

LAIKA/House work!

I'm a little late posting these but here are a bunch of commercials I worked on with LAIKA last summer!  I'm not allowed to show any of the paintings/designs or the little bit of sculpting I did directly, but I can show the commercials themselves, so here they are:

For the Toys R Us spots I painted backgrounds and designed props and parade floats.  They don't get a lot of screentime, but I got to design some wacky Seussian unicycles for the elves etc. to ride around on which were really fun.

For the Honda spot I designed the St. Louis and the Yosemite (the foresty one at the end) sets, sculpted the little jogger in the suburban set, painted the little cartoon on the TV in the car and helped with type layout.

Fun times

Anyway, busy busy back to work.

Ten Paces and Draw: Jaime Lannister

Here's a Jaime Lannister I did for the character re-design feature over at Ten Paces and Draw!  A lot of really sweet art from really talented people over there!  Check it

Fun business!

Draw a Bird day!

So yesterday was Draw a Bird Day!  In honor of which I drew a bunch of quick little birds.

Happy Bird Day

Gorgon!

A gorgon for Cup 'o' Doodle!
Just playing around.  In other news when googling around I discovered that in some accounts gorgons have brass hands amongst other things.  How about that, right?

Spaceman and ... oh.

Spaceman and Spaceman by Himself Without his Horse in a Big Scary Cave in: Totally Alone Life isn't Even Worth it Anymore.

Also I was poking around in my documents working on my portfolio the other day and I found this little WIP from this painting here and thought - "man, I like that little thing" and so now it's here.  By itself like a big kid.

Incoming!

Hello again!

Lots and lots in the works, hope to be able to post more soon!

In the mean time here are some wintery doodles I did for the games over at Cup'O'Doodle!
